SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (October 21, 2026) – Gutter Shutter of Sioux Falls has completed a full gutter replacement at Langmann-Jungman Memorial Hospital, including the hospital’s detached garages. The project began as a routine gutter cleaning request.
When Jason Borresch (Gutter Shutter of Sioux Falls owner) arrived on site, he found the gutters did need cleaning, but also discovered the underlying cause of the clogging: the existing gutters had been installed with improper slope. Jason also found soffits separating from the fascia boards and, in some areas, fascia boards that had fallen or broken over time.
Rather than simply clearing the debris, Gutter Shutter met with the hospital’s board of directors to walk them through each issue and explain the problems it could cause if left unaddressed.
Following the consultation, Jason and Gutter Shutter of Sioux Falls replaced the gutters across the main hospital building and the detached garages. The new system resolves the slope and drainage problems, and the damaged soffit and fascia issues were addressed as part of the project.
The hospital is now protected by Gutter Shutter’s lifetime warranty, which covers future issues.
